During the Design phase it is often
necessary to synchronise the documentation with a Constellar Hub
repository or vice versa. The Right Approach provides this
capability through the TRAVerse Engine.
This facility allows you
to automatically create interface,
database and library metadata without
having to manually re-key the same
information twice. The TRAVerse
Engine also gives you the option of
exporting the pseudo code in your design
documents as comment lines in your
business rules, ready for coding in the
Constellar Metadata Manager.
Conversely, the TRAVerse
Engine can produce design documentation
from interfaces that have already been
developed and running happily in a
production environment. This facility
can be used at the end of a maintenance
coding cycle to merge back working
changes into the project documentation
or to create complete documentation sets
where none currently exist. |
